Rental & Reservation Dates

All park shelters are available for rent from May 15th through October 15th.

City residents, organizations, and companies may reserve a shelter for the year starting the first business day after New Year’s Day. In-person requests will be honored before telephone requests. Non-city residents, organizations, and companies may reserve a shelter for the year starting the first business day in May.

*A $50.00 key deposit (must be a separate cash or check payment) is required to receive a key to a shelter

Rules & Provided Supplies

Paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided in each shelter bathroom. Bring your own garbage bags.
At the end of the event, bagged garbage should be put in the nearest dumpster. Please thoroughly sweep and clean the shelter.

Riverpark Shelters & Gazebo

Near the Riverpark shelters on Western Avenue there are two tennis courts and a baseball diamond in the general park area.

There is a gazebo at Riverpark as well, which can be utilized on a first come, first served basis. If you are wanting to use multiple outlets, a key is required. You can obtain a key at City Hall, but you must pay a $50.00 key deposit.

Rochester Park Shelters

Near the Rochester I shelter (North side) there is a baseball diamond, tennis courts, basketball court, and a volleyball court/net. Near the Rochester II (South side) shelter there is a playground area.
