2024 City-Wide Revaluation

The City of Sheboygan Falls has contracted Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. to complete an exterior revaluation of all taxable property for the 2024 tax year. A letter and questionnaire form has been mailed to all residents. Please complete the questionnaire and return it to Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. Accepted Payment Types

Payments may be made via cash, check, or card. However, there is an extra fee if you choose to pay by card. Checks should be payable to “City of Sheboygan Falls.”

Making a Property Tax Payment

PLEASE NOTE: The City of Sheboygan Falls only collects property tax payments until the first installment deadline (last business day of January). After this deadline, you must make a payment at the Sheboygan County Treasurer’s office located at 508 New York Street in Sheboygan.

Payments can be made in person at City Hall (second floor) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please bring your property tax bill with you.

Payments can be mailed to City Hall. Be sure to include the top portion of your property tax bill. If you would like a receipt, include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Payments can be deposited in the drop box located to the North of City Hall (in the side parking lot near the YMCA). Please follow the same instructions as if you were mailing your payment.

Payments can be made at National Exchange Bank & Trust located at 191 N. Main Street in Sheboygan Falls. Do not utilize the drive-through to make a payment.
