HOLIDAYS AFFECTING GARBAGE PICK-UP
Service will be pushed back by one day following a holiday. For example, if Christmas Day falls on a Tuesday and your normal service day is Wednesday, service will take place on Thursday (one day later). Similarly, if your normal service day is Friday, service will take place on Saturday (one day later).

REPLACEMENT CART OR LID
If you need a replacement lid or cart, please contact Waste Management via phone at (888) 960-0008 or via email at wmservice@wm.com. You will need to indicate the code for the City of Sheboygan Falls, which is 951-4079. Any replacements will be delivered to you within approximately one week of your request.

IMPORTANT GARBAGE PICK-UP INFORMATION
Waste must be separated. Please only put recyclables into the cart with a blue lid. Waste Management would like you to place recyclables directly into the designated cart (not bagged). However, please bag your regular garbage.

Carts should be rolled to the curb by 7:00 a.m. on your service day. Place your carts within 18 inches of the curb (carts should not be in the street). The arrows on the cart lids should be pointed towards the street. Cart lids should be closed. There must be at least three feet between the carts (as well as any fixed objects, such as a mailbox). *If your carts are not properly placed, they will not be emptied. Only carts supplied by Waste Management will be emptied.
