Dog Licenses
Is your dog 5 months or older?
Then you must license your dog!
Licenses must be renewed every year. You must provide the City Clerk with a valid rabies certificate to receive a license.
Please note that an invoice will not be accepted (even if it states information about your dog’s vaccinations).

Collect:
- Valid Rabies Certificate
- Check payable to "City of Sheboygan Falls"
Please bring these to City Hall
