Park Shelter Rentals
Reservation Dates for the 2026 Season
City residents, organizations, and companies may reserve park shelters beginning Monday, March 2, 2026.

Rules & Provided Supplies
Provided in each bathroom:
- Paper Towels
- Toliet Paper
- Hand Soap
Bring your own garbage bags.
At the end of the event, please place the bagged garbage in the nearest dumpster. Please thoroughly sweep and clean the shelter.
Shelter Information
A $50.00 key deposit (must be a separate cash or check payment) is required to receive a key to a shelter

Features:
- 15′ x 27′ inside, 10′ x 27′ outside
- Holds 30 people
- 8 single outlets
- 3 tables with seats
- 2 serving tables
- 1 (16″x 36″) fryer
- Sink inside
Near Park:
- Two Tennis Courts
- Baseball Diamond
- Gazebo (first-come, first-served basis)
If you want to use multiple outlets, a key is required. You can obtain a key at City Hall, but you must pay a $50.00 key deposit.
Rochester I

- Holds 70 people
- 5 duplicate outlets
- 5 inside table/seats
- 4 outside table/seats
- 3 serving tables
- 1 (14″ x 36″) fryer
- Drinking fountains inside and out
- Bathrooms locked (shelter key unlocks)
North Side of Park:
- Tennis Courts
- Baseball Diamond
- Basketball Court
- Volleyball Court with net
South Side of Park:
- Playground Area
Riverpark 8
201 Western Avenue
Features:
- 36′ x 57′
- Holds 200+ people
- 13 duplicate outlets
- 12 tables/seats
- 9 serving tables
- 1 (18″x 60″) fryer
- 1 Refrigerator/ Freezer
- Drinking fountain and faucet outside
- Bathrooms locked (shelter key unlocks)
Near Park:
